On 21.03.2024 the following order was passed : 'Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter and seeks permission to withdraw his power of attorney on behalf of the appellant.

Permitted to do so.

Let notice of the appeal be issued to the appellant, returnable 29.05.2024.'

As per the Office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back duly served through his wife, however, no one has appeared on his behalf despite service. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. AMAN JAIN 2024.05.30 10:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
