Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran to look into the matter in respect of FIR No.162 dated 11.10.2019 under Sections 363, 366 IPC and Section 7 & 8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran and to ensure that the same is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest.
