Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of the averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, District Bathinda, Punjab to look into the matter and to dispose off the representation dated 11.1.2018 (Annexure P-1) as regards the alleged threat PANKAJ KAKKAR 2022.03.16 16:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
