After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 16.02.2012 was an ex parte order. He has already moved an application before the Family Court for setting aside the said order. In view of a subsequent compromise effected between the parties, he has even transferred his land in favour of the respondent-wife. 3.
He further submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the Family Court for filing an application for stay of the proceedings, including the issuance of conditional warrants during the pendency of the proceedings whereby the setting aside of the ex parte order has been sought.

The present Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
