RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for to call status report in representation/complaint 939, dated 19.11.2022 and 18.01.2023, Annexures P-1 and P-5 with a further prayer to transfer the investigation from Police Station Hariana, to any other Police Station of District Hoshiarpur. It is also prayed that legal action be taken against respondents No.5 to 7.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies before the learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. Allowed as prayed for.
