(ORAL) The petitioner, by way of present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prays for grant of pre-arrest bail in case bearing FIR No. 0008 dated 29.01.2024, under Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and Section 379 of IPC, at P.S. Taragarh, District Pathankot.

[2] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court within a period of seven days from today.

[3] Ordered accordingly.

[4] In case the petitioner surrenders himself before the Court concerned within a period of seven days from today and files his bail application, the same shall be decided within seven days thereafter, as per law.
