The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting aside the letter dated 19.01.2024 and subsequently the extension list dated 19.01.2024 and to quash the letter dated 05.02.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file the same with better particulars. 3.
