Further, perusal of file shows that this case has been listed for hearing 07 times and the same was repeatedly adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the applicant, except for two dates i.e. 11.12.2018 and 08.08.2019, on which the applicant had gone un-represented. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the applicant or her counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present criminal miscellaneous application.
