(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had submitted a complaint dated 21.12.2020 (Annexure P-5) against respondents No.3 to 5 who are all police officials and later when he sought "Action Taken Report", the same was prepared but later with the connivance of respondents No.3 to 5 it was tampered with. Learned counsel has submitted that the said original "Action Taken Report" as well as the one which was tampered by respondents No.3 to 5 has been annexed with this petition as Annexures P-6 and P-7 respectively along with their translations. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to MOHAN SINGH 2021.03.03 17:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

- 2 - CRM-M-9685-2021 (O&M) respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, District Fatehabad, that in case any representation is made by the petitioner highlighting the aforesaid forgery, the same be got examined strictly in accordance with law and in case the allegations are found to be well founded, then necessary action be taken against all those who are found to be responsible for forgery, if any. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, District Fatehabad so as to enable him to do the needful.
