After arguing for some while, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable him to approach the appropriate court in accordance with law, which shall look into the matter expeditiously and the prayer for maintaining the call record has to be decided before expiry of one year, as he has submitted that the Telecom Department preserve the data only for one year. In the light of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
