  This petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner for appointment of an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties in terms of Clause 25(i) to (v) (a) to (c) of the contract agreement dated 19.11.2021 (Annexure P-4). 2.

Vide a detailed order dated 03.05.2024 passed by this Court, Justice Paramjeet Singh Dhaliwal, a former Judge of this Court, was proposed to be appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. Necessary declaration sought under Section 12(5) of the Act of 1996 has been received from the proposed arbitrator. 3.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. The order dated 03.05.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute. The learned Arbitrator shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
