CRM-M-8942-2022 (O&M) -2- (     6   # = $   6 # %7 6% Thus, keeping in view the fact that the petitioners are habitual offenders having brazen criminal antecedents, they do not deserve concession of the anticipatory bail. Moreover, the nature of the offences committed by the petitioners is sufficient enough to hold that if released on bail, they would again involve themselves in similar crime.

In view of the above, no ground is made out to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
