(Oral) The matter has been taken up through Videoconferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID-19. Report dated 2.3.2021 of Police Station Sadar, Dabwali, District Sirsa has been received whereby it has been reported by the police that real brother of the petitioner namely Tarsem Singh son of Jagroop Singh has expired on 19.2.2021.

Keeping in view that as per this report real brother of the petitioner namely Tarsem Singh son of Jagroop Singh has expired on 19.2.2021 and therefore, as per the prevalent customs and rituals his presence at the time of ceremony of last rites is essential. In view of these circumstances, it would sub-serve the ends of justice if the DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2021.03.03 15:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM No. M-9745 of 2021 (O&M) -2petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of seven days with effect from 4.3.2021 to 10.3.2021 subject to furnishing of personal bonds for an amount of Rs two lacs, with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Sirsa and the petitioner shall surrender before the jail authorities on 11.3.2021 at 10.00 AM.
