(Oral) CRM-33244-2022 This is an application seeking permission to amend the petition qua the addition of offence under Section 26 of the NDPS Act, 1985 as the same has been added later on after the registration of FIR and were not made part of the head note, prayer clause as well as the petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and Section 26 of the NDPS Act be read as the part of the head note, prayer clause as well as the petition. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction.

CRM-M-9697-2022 (O & M) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition but makes a prayer that a direction be issued to SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.09.13 17:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a specified period.

In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the next date fixed before it.
