Keeping in view the nature of request made by revision petitioner, who is defendant/counter claimant in the civil suit pending before the trial Court, I do not feel the necessity of issuing any notice to the respondent. Of course, expeditious trial is right of every litigant more particularly of Senior Citizen. The revision petitioner in this case is said to be aged about 71 years. Therefore, the suit in which she is a party is required to be disposed of on preferential basis even as per instructions issued by this Court on administrative side.
