For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 113 days in filing the present revision is condoned. CRR-(F)-262-2024 By way of filing the present revision, the petitioner/husband has laid challenge to the order dated 01.08.2023 passed by the learned Family Court Narwana (Camp Court at Narwana); whereby the defence of the petitioner/husband was struck off on account of non-filing of written statement/reply, despite being granted three effective opportunities and vide second order of even date, the learned Family Court, had directed the petitioner to pay interim maintenance to the respondent-wife @ Rs.6000/- RISHU KATARIA 2024.02.26 20:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRR(F)-262-2024 (O&M) -22024:PHHC:024416 per month, besides Rs.5000/- to be paid to the respondent towards litigation expenses.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this revision petition on merits, at this stage and confines his prayer only to the extent that the petitioner may be granted one opportunity to file written statement/reply to the main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondent-wife.
