***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to apprise the investigating authorities about his plea of alibi. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is, however, directed that before filing the final report upon conclusion of investigation, the plea of petitioner that he was not present at the spot and was attending school at the relevant time, shall be duly considered.
