(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had been caused injuries by the private respondents on 5.7.2020 in respect of which he had lodged FIR No.0197 dated 5.7.2020 at Police Station Tauru, District Nuh under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 448, 452 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that the accused/private respondents have been constantly threatening him with dire consequences in case the petitioner does not effect a compromise with them. It has been submitted that although the petitioner submitted a representation dated 16.2.2021 (Annexure P-2) but no action has been taken thereupon.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.03.02 18:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
