Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Hemraj submits that charges have been framed and trial has commenced. Even two witnesses out of nine witnesses stand examined.

A perusal of the prayer clause reveals that the petitioner seeks an enquiry in a fair and transparent manner. Since it is the trial Court, who seized of the matter, appropriate application be made before such Court. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infrucutous.
