(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.04.2012 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhiwani in proceedings arising from FIR No.484 dated 04.09.2011 registered under Sections 324/323/34 IPC at Police Station City Bhiwani, whereby application filed by the Investigating Officer for conducting the polygraphy test, has been allowed. Heard.
