(Proceedings through Hybrid Mode) **** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that despite moving an application under RTI Act, needful in the context of supplying the requisite information has not been done by the Authority. On 29.10.2021, SPIO-cum-Estate Manager, HSIIDC, Bhiwani has transferred the application of the petitioner under Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 to SPIO-cum-Estate Officer, HSVP, Bhiwani on the ground that HSIIDC was not in picture during the time for which the desired information is sought by the applicant/petitioner. After receipt of the application for transfer, even SPIO-cum-Estate Officer, HSVP, Bhiwani has not acted in any manner to supply the requisite information.    compelled to file First Appeal before the First Appellate Authority-cum-Administrator, HSVP, Hisar on 10.12.2021 and thereafter, preferred to file second appeal before the State Information Commission, Haryana on 14.01.2022. Mr. Vivek Chauan, Addl., A.G., Haryana appears on the basis of advance notice.

Admittedly, information has not supplied to the petitioner till date.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the second appeal before the State Information Commission is ordered to be decided in time bound manner.

The prayer is just and appropriate to be accepted. This petition is disposed of with a request to State Information Commission, Haryana to decide the pending appeal at the earliest.
