The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, for directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner who was dismissed from service vide dismissal order dated 05.06.2009/ 17.09.2009 and to release all service and consequential benefits to him. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to pursue the remedy before the department.
