ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Leave to appeal has been sought under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned trial court has noticed that the complainant has failed to lead cogent evidence to prove the loan transactions. He has further failed to prove his financial capacity to lend the amount of loan alleged and signatures of the accused on front and reverse page of the cheque differs. Learned counsel for the appellant, although, made sincere attempt, however, could not draw attention of the court to any substantive error in the judgment passed. Accordingly, no ground is made to grant relief.

Leave to appeal declined.
