The present appeal pertains to the year 2021. On 18.04.2024 none appeared on behalf of the appellant, however, on a written request for an adjournment circulated on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant on the ground that he was unwell, the case was adjourned to today. Today, again, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
