(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of additional ten percent of the basic pay plus dearness allowance in compliance with Teachers Transfer Policy, 2016 amended as on 01.06.2017, Annexure P-1; amendment dated 13.04.2022, Annexure P-2; and Teachers Transfer Policy, 2023 dated 09.08.2023, Annexure P-8, along with all consequential benefits and interest thereon. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 07.12.2022, Annexure P-6, in a specified period.
