This is a petition under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.308 dated 28.11.2025, under Sections 326(g), 194(2), 324(4), 126(2), 191(2), 190, 351(3), 115(2) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Division No.7, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

It is submitted by learned State counsel that the petitioner has not joined investigation.

On the last date of hearing, similar position was there and learned counsel for the petitioner requested for one more opportunity to appear before the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer and last opportunity was granted to the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer but again, he has not complied with the order dated 09.02.2026 and NEETU RANI 2026.04.30 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC, CHD
