RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.87 dated 18.04.2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Linepar, Bahadurgarh.

On instructions from ASI Narender Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.02.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
