 Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 12.12.2022 (Annexure P-8) with regard to extending the deputation period of the petitioner.

This Court, on 17.02.2023, issued notice of motion. Today, learned State counsel seeks time to file the reply. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised her grievance before respondent No.2 by way of filing a representation dated 10.11.2022 (Annexure P-6), which is still pending consideration and that the petitioner would be satisfied
