SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.164 dated 05.10.2025, under Sections 21-B, 27-A and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Division A, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar.

Faced with the situation that investigation qua FIR in question is still pending, leaned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage.
