The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuing a direction to respondents No.3 to decide her representation and take legal action against private respondents No.5 and 6 in this regard and to protect her life and liberty at the hands of respondent No.5 and 6. 2.

It is contended that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 19.12.2018 to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar for taking legal action against respondents No.5 and 6 and further apprehended threat to life and liberty of herself at the hands of respondent No.5 and 6 but no action has been taken so far. 3.

Notice of motion to the official respondents. 4.

At this stage, on the asking of the Court, Mr. Davinder Bir Singh, DAG, Punjab who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that the official respondents will look into the matter and will take a decision on the representation of the petitioner. Let sufficient number of copies of the complete paper book be supplied to her during the course of day.
