(Oral) The present appeal has been filed for setting aside the judgment and decree dated 09.01.1999 passed by learned trial Court, whereby, the suit has been decreed in favour of the respondent-plaintiff and subsequently, the First Appellate Court has dismissed the appeal of the appellant-defendant vide judgment and decree dated 07.05.2002.

There is no representation on behalf of the appellant-State of Haryana. Same was the position on the last date of hearing also. 3.

As per the office report, a copy of order dated 06.05.2025 was sent to the Advocate General, Haryana but despite the above, there is no representation.

In light of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed of non-prosecution.
