(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to handover investigation in case FIR No.303 dated 30.10.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC at Police Station Kalayat, District Kaithal to some independent agency.

Heard.

Considering factual aspect of the case and the facts brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel for the petitioner, Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, is directed to withdraw investigation in aforesaid FIR from Sub Inspector Chander Bhan and handover the same to State Crime Branch, Haryana, within a week from today. ASI Jaipal Singh, who has come for pairvi of this case, is directed to inform about this order to the investigating officer today itself.
