Learned Special Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that Rahul Sharma, DIG, CBI, Chandigarh, would now onwards supervise the investigation in the FIR expeditiously and learned State counsel states that in case any representation regarding protection of life and liberty is received, the same shall be looked into in accordance with law and if any threat perception is found, necessary action will be taken in this regard. 2.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. In case the petitioner is not satisfied with the outcome of investigation, he shall be at liberty to avail of any remedy that may be available in accordance with law.
