COCP No.403 of 2022 The present contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to proceed against the respondents for willfully violating the order dated 24th of August, 2017 passed by this Court. The operative part of the order is being reproduced herein below :- "In the meantime, if NET qualified persons are not available, the petitioners would be allowed to continue working till such qualified persons are available for teaching the classes in question, provided that there is work available for the petitioners to continue on the post of Extension Lecturers.

COCP No.403 of 2022 (O&M) -2The interim order shall operate till the next date of hearing subject to further orders."

As per the contents of the petition, the petitioner was relieved in July, 2018 and the present contempt petition has been filed on 25th February, 2022.

Be that as it may, there is an order passed by the Competent Authority, placed on record along with reply filed by respondent No.2 at Annexure R-1, wherein the Authorities have stated that the case of the petitioner cannot be considered for engagement as Extension Lecturer owing to non-availability of the workload.

Faced with this situation, Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present contempt petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy against the Speaking Order dated 13th of November, 2019 passed by Principal, Government P.G. College for Women, Rohtak. 5.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition stands disposed off with liberty as prayed for.
