RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to comply with judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs Government of UP 2014(2) SCC 1, to register FIR pursuant to the complaint dated 23.01.2023, directing transfer of investigation to some other agency except the Barnala Police and with a further direction to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.4. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his complaint, dated 23.01.2023, Annexure P-2 is decided in a time-bound manner.
