The contempt petition has been filed stating that damages of 1,00,000/- and litigation cost of 50,000/- awarded by this Court has not been paid.

Reply by way of affidavit of Pardeep Kumar, Director Elementary Education, Haryana has been filed today in the Court, same is taken on record. Copy of reply is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

COCP No.596 of 2019 -2Kumar, Assistant O/o Director Elementary Education states that an amount of 1,50,000/- [1,00,000 towards damages and 50,000/- towards litigation cost] has already been credited in the account of the petitioner, if not, same will be done within two weeks from today. In view of statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner states that no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition.

The contempt petition is disposed of.
