***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) Learned State counsel has informed that the petitioner who had been granted interim bail pursuant to directions issued by the Standing Committee on account of spread of pandemic Covid-19 has not surrendered back despite expiry of his interim bail on 22.4.2022. In view of the aforestated position the petitioner does not deserve any concession for grant of regular bail. The petition, as such, is dismissed. It is however, clarified that the aforesaid order shall not debar the petitioner to move a fresh petition.
