There is no appreciation of evidence in judgment of acquittal dated 15.07.2017. Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that the judgment of acquittal is well reasoned.

The accused/respondents No.1 & 2, to execute a bond for attendance within two months, undertaking to appear in this Court, in case appeal is allowed.
