CRM allowed subject to all just exceptions. Annexures P-6 and P-7 are permitted to be brought on record. CRWP No.1670 of 2020:

Pursuant to the order dated 19.08.2021, vide CRM-W-11132021, petitioner No.2 has placed on record the proof of the FDR made in the name of petitioner No.1 for Rs.2 lakhs. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have now been blessed with a baby girl and are living their life happily and further that there is no threat to their life and liberty.

Learned counsel for the State has stated on instructions from ASI Dalbir that the representation of the petitioners already stands decided.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are now not facing any threat to their life and liberty and also the fact that the order dated 19.08.2021 stands complied with, no further orders need to be passed in the present case. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
