***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) CRM-41511-2018 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for impleading applicant namely Vikram Sidhu son of Paramjit Singh Sidhu as legal heir of applicant-appellant.

Learned counsel for applicant contends that as per death certificate (Annexure- 1), applicant-Paramjit Singh Sidhu, expired on 26.03.2017. Therefore, necessity has arisen to implead his son Vikram Sidhu being his legal heir as party.

Application is allowed. Vikram Sidhu is ordered to be impleaded as party. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place.
