**** AJAY TEWARI, J.(Oral) This appeal has been filed against the award of the Commissioner dated 17.2.1993 under the Workmen's compensation Act. The appellant was working as a black smith with the Haryana Roadways when, an accident took place on 20.1.1984. He lost the vision of his eyes which as per him resulted in 70% permanent disability. He filed the claim petition and the Commissioner after noticing that his salary was Rs. 1080/- per month, awarded him a sum of Rs. 12,600/- as per the schedule of the Workmen's compensation Act, 1923. Learned counsel has not been able to show me how this calculation is wrong. It cannot be also lost sight of that the entire concept of disablement in the

Resultantly, no fault can be found with the award of the Commissioner.
The appeal stands dismissed.
Since the main case has been decided, the pending C.M, if any, also stand disposed of.
