Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of the complaint, bearing No. NACT 3557/2019, dated 20.12.2019 (CNR No. HRFT030035612019), titled as 'Goyal Traders, Ratia Road, Tohana v. M/s Ruldu Ram Sanjay Kumar and another' (Annexure P-1), pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Fatehabad; summoning order dated 14.02.2020 (Annexure P-2), and all other subsequent proceedings arisen thereto. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage, with liberty to raise all the pleas available to the petitioner, before the learned Trial Court at an appropriate stage in the trial. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and noticed hereabove.
