RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.306 dated 23.12.2018 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Samrala. Petitioner is a Nigerian. 1 kg of heroin was recovered from him. There is every chance of his absconding from the country, in case he is granted bail. Considering above factor, petitioner does not deserve the concession of regular bail till conclusion of trial. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw this petition.
