The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of orders whereby he was dismissed from service and his appeal was dismissed by appellate authority. 2.
The petitioner on account of his involvement in a criminal case was dismissed from service.

Mr. S.S.Aulakh, AAG, Punjab submits that the petitioner was convicted on account of commission of offence punishable under Section 15 of NDPS Act and he was awarded sentence of 10 years. The judgment of conviction has not been set aside by any Appellate Court. 4.
Dismissed.
