**** AJAY TEWARI, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants states that in fact both the cases have accompanying FAO No. 306-1993 have been rendered infructuous. In the absence of the counsel for the respondent it is not possible to reject the argument.
Consequently, both the appeals are disposed of having been infructuous in view of the statement of Mr. Aggarwal. Since the main cases have been decided, the pending C.M, if any, also stand disposed of.
