Mr. Prince Singh, Advocate submits that Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension and all other retiral dues of the petitioner stand released. The dispute was with respect to a sum of Rs. 25,310/-. On account of said amount, the retiral dues were withheld, however, during the pendency of present petition, all the dues stand released. 2.

In the wake of statement of Mr. Prince Singh, Advocate, the instant petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to move an appropriate application within three months from today, if cause survives. 3.
