On 08.07.2025 the following order was passed : 'Vide order dated 04.03.2022 the Trial Court was directed to adjourn the proceedings beyond the date fixed by this Court. Till date service has not been effected on respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 for want of fresh correct addresses. Even dasti notices issued were not collected. Respondent No.3 is also stated to have died and till date no steps have been taken to implead his legal representatives.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks some time to do the needful.

Last opportunity is granted.

It is made clear that in case fresh correct addresses of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 are not furnished within a AMAN JAIN 2025.10.29 09:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CR-742-2022 (O&M) -2period of one week from today and the requisite application for impleading the legal representatives of respondent No.3 is not filed within a period of two weeks from today, the stay order dated 04.03.2022 shall stand vacated.

On the needful being done, let fresh notices be issued to respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 returnable 28.10.2025. Interim order to continue'.

There is no compliance of the aforesaid order and as such fresh notices could not be issued to respondents No.1, 2 and 4. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
