(Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the appellant, Dilbag Singh, has passed away. A perusal of the record reflects that no application has been filed for impleading the legal heirs of the appellant or for pursuing the present leave to appeal through the legal representatives. Given above, no ground is made out to continue with the present leave to appeal, and the same is dismissed as having been abated, with liberty to the legal heirs to file an appropriate application for revival of the same in accordance with law, if permissible. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. (ANOOP CHITKARA) JUDGE (H.S. GREWAL) JUDGE 06.11.2025 Anu Whether speaking/reasoned :
