Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to initiate further inquiry in pursuance to the notice dated 24.01.2022 (Annexure P-8) issued by the Economic Offence Wing, Ludhiana.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that in the present case two FIRs have been registered and thus in terms of the subsequent development, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of accordingly. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
