RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.68, dated 08.03.2022, under Sections 21B, 29/61/85 NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court.
Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner appears and surrenders before the Court concerned within seven days from today and files an application for grant of bail, the Court concerned will deal with and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
